Premium Maintenance and Calibration Program This service program is designed to give you full piece of mind. The program includes all of your instrument maintenance requirements, annual traceable calibration to ANSI Z540 and return shipment within the USA. The ANSI Z540 calibration provides both incoming and outgoing test data. During maintenance we will also install the latest applicable firmware upgrades based on your hardware configuration and any performance reliability modifications applicable to the product. Priority processing of your program instrument through the workshop and technical support via the Aeroflex telephone helpdesk is also included in the Premium Program. Standard Maintenance Program This contract includes all adjustments and alignments following any maintenance performed. The instrument is returned with a certificate of calibration validity, which is your assurance of traceability to national/international standards. As with the Premium Program, standard program customers benefit from priority processing of the instrument through the workshop, return shipment within the USA and access to telephone technical support via the Aeroflex helpdesk.
