Full Service Program The full service program supports all hardware and software and provides for on-site visits by Aeroflex specialists if required. Some services will be provided remotely via telephone or internet, enabling engineers to quickly resolve any operational issues. Partner Service Program Aeroflex recognizes that the full service program is not going to fit every customer's needs. Many customers have a fully-trained and competent maintenance team that can provide first line system support after completion of a manufacturer's training course. Should additional support be required, Aeroflex engineers are just a phone call away. The partner service program enables you to troubleshoot and maintain an Aeroflex test system via in-house expertise. |
