Aeroflex Service & Support Group provides a range of value added services in the test and measurement market. With local centres around the UK, the service operation offers customers a fast turnaround capability for calibration and repair, handling over 20,000 different types of products from over 2,700 manufacturers. By working in partnership with its customers, the Aeroflex Service & Support Group is committed to providing access to the highest levels of technical support.

Technical Capability
Aeroflex’s Service & Support Group has three ISO accredited laboratories in the UK: Stevenage (our main headquarters) along with Chelmsford and Donibristle. Two of our laboratories, Stevenage and Donibristle, are also UKAS accredited. We maintain a comprehensive spares holding and documentation for older equipment, including items that are no longer supported by the original manufacturer. For contract customers a wide range of additional services are available including on-site calibration, provision of loan units, technical advice and sub-contractor management.

Logistics
Aeroflex Service & Support Group provides a professional and responsive logistics service covering the whole of the UK mainland. Our vehicles are specially adapted with racking and foam padding so that no packaging is needed. All our drivers are familiar with the care that is necessary to ensure that equipment is safely transported.

Integrated Internet Support
Our Equipment Management System is available to contract customers. We offer online certificates and results, an equipment database, work in progress reports along with invoice details.

Asset Management
Our Asset Management Service has grown and developed over the past 8 years. Our Service & Support Group and its customers have worked closely together to develop improved services to satisfy the user community. Our Asset Management Service will provide you with the following benefits:
