Position Summary
Technical support of the Aeroflex TM500 test mobile and 7100 LTE Radio Test Set product line for customers from leading vendors of cellular infrastructure in European market place. The support of wireless technologies includes WCDMA and LTE.
The role includes customer interfacing and management, with problem solving of both software and hardware issues. Main duties/responsibilities will include:
- Provision of technical support, primarily at customer site
- Provision of first line support for product and hardware
The role will include domestic travel within Finland and some other European travel.
This is an opportunity to work in a fast moving and technically advanced professional organization.

Requirements
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent in an electronic engineering subject and possess good verbal and written communication skills in English.
The candidate will have experience in the wireless industry, and have an understanding of telecom standards such as 3GPP (currently up to release 8) for WCDMA and LTE.
Experience of working in a technical discipline, in a client facing role is essential
The candidate should be a self starter, self motivated and flexible, with a record of problem solving. They will be comfortable spending considerable amounts of time working directly with clients, in addition to interfacing with internal product development teams.
The successful candidate should also be willing to travel within Finland and Europe at short notice.
